The Canadian Heritage (PCH) Online System allows Canadian citizens to receive complimentary human rights, educational or promotional items by mail.
We can ship items only to addresses located within Canada. We reserve the right to limit quantities.
To submit an order, you must first register your organization and any associated members with the Canadian Heritage Online System.
You can then complete the online order form and submit it. The system also allows you to monitor the progress of your order, verify its status,
and review its history and make changes. Once you submit an order, it is reviewed by a Canadian Heritage Program Officer.
The Canadian Heritage Online System is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
